Atlanta Design Associates will set preliminary planning sessions, including feasibility evaluation of site & building scenarios. We will research the site requirements for each location including local codes & jurisdictional restrictions and development a schematic site plan designed for each location. We offer estimated budget consultation to help keep you project on track.

 

Two client consultation visits included. Travel expenses not included.

Construction Consulting

We can offer experienced assistance in negotiating the final project cost along with assisting in selection of contractors, engineers and other members of the

project team.
